Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn moccasins back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
